Card Centering Tool with AI Grading allows users to analyze card centering, edges, and grading quality using on-device artificial intelligence. You agree to:

• Use the App solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes
• Not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App
• Not attempt to manipulate or misuse the App’s grading functionality

Offline Processing and Privacy

This App works entirely offline. All AI grading and analysis occur directly on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any images, data, or personal information on external servers.

All processing is done locally, and once you close the App, no information or image data remains accessible to us.

Subscription and Payments

Certain features may require a one-time purchase or paid upgrade. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information through the App Store or platform
• Pay all applicable charges and taxes
• Follow the refund policy set by the App Store or marketplace

Intellectual Property

All algorithms, user interface designs, and AI grading models are the intellectual property of SwiftSoft or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without prior written permission.

Disclaimer

The App provides automated AI-based analysis for informational purposes only. It is not a certified grading service. You acknowledge that:

• Results are estimates based on image analysis
• We do not guarantee grading accuracy or precision
• The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

Account Termination

As this App does not require user accounts, you may stop using it at any time. SwiftSoft reserves the right to suspend or discontinue support or updates at its discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the App after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
